H&R RSS1638-2 RSS Coilovers are a track oriented coilover system. Handling performance is prioritized over comfort for those looking to reduce the lap time of their Mk8 VW GTI.

H&R RSS suspension uses mono-tube gas shocks to provide stable damping characteristics in all situations and enhance heat dissipation. Special lightweight H&R HF ID race springs further reduce the un-sprung weight and enhance performance. Ride height adjustability allows the vehicle to be corner balanced.

H&R RSS Coilover Manufacturing:
H&R RSS suspension kits use threaded plated steel mono tube shock bodies to minimize unsprung weight, provide corrosion protection, and allow high heat dissipation.
H&R springs are crafted from a special shot-peened (hf) 54SiCr6 spring steel to ensure premium quality, performance, and durability.
All H&R coil-overs are hand-assembled in Germany to rigid ISO 9001 and German TUV standards.
