More than 34 years of continuous exhaust development and technical expertise are drawn upon to develop the ultimate Milltek Sport range of performance products. The Milltek SSXVW257 Exhaust is a fully polished T-304 stainless steel, CNC mandrel bent, catback system. The Milltek exhaust begins after the factory downpipe and continues back to the front center muffler and back to the valved rear muffler and quad polished oval tips. The Milltek exhaust improves power and response and gives a deeper more aggressive sound. The valves on the rear muffler are controlled by the ECU to open or close as needed depending on vehicle operation.

Milltek exhausts are fully fabricated in the UK from T-304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure a long life. CNC mandrel bends are used to maximize flow and performance. TIG welding and CNC'ed hangers ensure a perfect fit. Finally the exhausts are fully polished for show car looks.

Installation of Milltek downpipe-back exhausts typically takes 2-3 hours. Basic hand tools are necessary for installation, no cutting or welding is required.
