The latest Mini Clubman, built on the BMW UKL2 platform, offers increased space, becoming the largest Mini in the brand's history. It departs from the previous asymmetrical door layout for a standard four-door design while retaining the iconic rear barn doors. Engine options for the North American market include a 1.5-liter 3-cylinder with 134 bhp and a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder with 189 bhp. Both models can be paired with manual or automatic transmissions. This generation introduces the Clubman's first all-wheel drive system, "ALL4," which employs an electro-hydraulic mechanism to distribute power to the rear wheels, capable of adjusting power distribution up to 50% to the rear. Unlike some competitors, the Clubman's ALL4 version maintains its appearance and body design without rugged alterations.
