The APR ECU Upgrade typically raises the power output of the 2.0T to 323 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque on 91 octane fuel with peak gains of 96 horsepower and 80 Lb-ft of torque! Expect improved throttle response and a smoother, more powerful top end with no loss of drivability or reliability.
APR software is available in five Operating Modes, the desired operating mode can be selected at the time of programming. Mode switching is not available for this application.

Installation can be performed at our facility by appointment, just give us a call at 425-895-0000 or email Service@Achtuning.com to schedule. With APR's DirectPort ECU tuning the ECU can be programmed in around 60 minutes, no ECU removal or soldering is required.

After getting my GTI flashed out it was like a whole new car. The torque increase is just insane. I loved it so much, 2 weeks later i bought the full stage 2+ kit. WELL WORTH THE BUY. Not to mention, you can SWITCH BETWEEN FUEL MODES!!!
It's only been a few weeks and I'm not a racer but the "bang for the buck" is unbelievable. There is no question that you will feel a difference immediately. I did this on a new vehicle and would do it again, no question (software tuning).
