Return Policy

Achtuning.com wants you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We understand that you may change plans between the time order has been placed and the time it arrives at your door. We provide a credit return policy that extends for 30 days after the date of purchase. Please read the following guidelines and instructions if you need to return any merchandise.

Return Procedure:

  • All merchandise must be in new condition, in original packaging and retail box.
  • Wheels must not have been mounted on a vehicle.
  • Wheels must not have had tires mounted except by Achtuning.
  • Contact Achtuning for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Print a copy of the RMA to include with your Return.
  • Once your return is received in the expected condition a credit or exchange will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance, Electronics, Special Order, and Wheel Hardware (lug bolts and spacers) are not returnable.

Special Instructions for Wheel Returns:

  • Use the original packaging material, if damaged please call for instructions.
  • Secure center cap(s) and lug bolts/nuts in a separate bag and tape securely to the inside of the box.
  • Wheel must have a foam sheet or black mesh hat protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
  • Remove any staples from the box. Use only tape when securing the box closed.

Special Instructions for Wheel & Tire Packages:

  • Use the original packaging material whenever possible, if packaging material is damaged please call for instructions.

Original packaging consists of:

  • Box the wheel came in (wheel box).
  • Foam layer or black mesh hat required to protect the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
  • Padded envelope containing lugs or other hardware.

Refunds:

All returns are subject to a restocking fee, excepting cases where Achtuning shipped the incorrect merchandise. BBS, H&R, South Bend, and SuperPro products advertised with free shipping are subject to a 30% restocking fee, all other products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping expenses are nonrefundable. Credits will be issued to the payment method used on the order upon merchandise inspection and approval. Please allow 10-30 days for your card issuer to process the return. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Wheel & Tire Packages:

  • Wheel and tire packages are subject to a $60.00 charge for dismounting and cleaning.

Refused Shipments:

  • All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All refused shipments are charged freight both ways, shipping expenses are non-refundable.
