typically ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS are occasionally used as alternate shipping methods. Once your order is shipped an E-mail will be sent containing a copy of your invoice along with the tracking information for the shipment. In some cases items may be shipped from alternate locations such as off site warehouses or directly from the manufacturer of the item, in these cases tracking data for the shipment may not be immediately available. Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies when specifically advertised in the product listing. When advertised, free shipping is limited to the Continental USA. All shipments sent with a free shipping incentive will be sent via regular ground shipping, shipments sent via USPS will not have a signature option.

Expedited Shipping

Some expedited shipping options are not specifically selectable through our online order system. If you require expedited shipping please contact us via phone (1-877-722-4886) to arrange the shipment.

Shipping Notes

All shipments are sent fully insured. During checkout you may elect for a signature requirement or no signature requirement during the delivery process. Please note that selecting no signature requirement will affect the ability to process a claim with the shipping company in cases of delivery of damaged goods or package theft after delivery.
For shipments which require a signature upon delivery FedEx and UPS will typically attempt delivery 3 times before holding the package at the local depot for pickup, packages held for over 3 days will be shipped back to the sender. If packages are shipped back the shipping costs increase (EG if the original shipment was $50, the return would add $50 and re-shipping to the customer would add another $50 for a new total of $150 in shipping costs.) We are unable to give specific delivery instructions to the carrier, you may however leave a note for the delivery driver with instructions, though there are no guarantees of compliance.

Shipping outside North America: does not ship internationally. If you require international shipping we will be happy to assist you with information regarding package weights and dimensions. To estimate your shipping costs please use the rate and transit time finder on A freight forwarding or freight expediting company may be able to offer lower shipment rates.

Shipping into North America:

Shipments from European origins may be subject to additional brokerage and/or duty charges from the freight carrier.

Damaged Goods:

Every effort has been made to assure that your order arrives at your door in new condition. All shipping and/or damage claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. In the event of damage please contact (1-877-722-4886) and the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc...) immediately. ALL merchandise is shipped insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Please package the item(s) back in the original packaging for the shipper to pick up. DO NOT INSTALL items that have been damaged in transit as doing so will forfeit the ability to approve a shipping damage claim. Do not dispose of any packaging. New replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible.

Lost Shipments:

Shipping notifications and tracking #s are sent to your customer e-mail account upon shipment of your order. In the event that your order is lost in transit a shipping claim must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event of loss please call (1-877-722-4886) and the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc...) to start your lost good claim with the carrier. ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier.
