Defective Products:

Achtuning.com strives to offer only top quality merchandise. We recognize that occasionally a product may be found to be defective. We will make every effort to work with the customer to rectify these situations. Our standard warranty period is twelve months from the date of purchase to notification of warranty claim.

Coverage & Exclusions:

• We will gladly repair or replace all parts deemed defective in accordance with the manufacturers warranty where applicable.
• We do not warranty any part that has become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way.
• We can not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss encountered by the use of a defective part.
• We reserve the right to withhold refund or exchange until the defective part has been completely examined and tested by the manufacturer.
• We reserve the right to refuse refund of core charges when the core returned is in unacceptable condition.
• Warranties may be termed null and void in instances where the product is shipped outside of North America or installed on vehicles not designed for the North American market.
• Diagnostic charges, labor charges, shipping charges and duty charges are not covered by terms of warranty and would be the customers responsibility.
